# Delete organization (OWNER only)

`DELETE /organizations/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.onplana.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.onplana.com/api/organizations/{id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Optional body `{ exitReason: { option, otherText? } }` records why the org was deleted (option from a closed list; an answer that does not parse is ignored and never blocks the delete).

## Response `204`

Organization deleted

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Unauthorized - missing or invalid JWT
- `403`: Forbidden - insufficient role
