# Register a new user account

`POST /auth/register`

## Request

Creates a user record and a default personal organization. Returns a JWT that can be used immediately.

## Request body

- object
  - `email` string, email, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `password` string, required

## Response `200`

Registration successful - returns token, user, and initial organization list

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
