# Read this account's daily token rating

`GET /api/v2/account/allowance`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.onlyworlds.com`
- URL: `https://www.onlyworlds.com/api/v2/account/allowance`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-Session-Token`

How much of its daily token rating this account has left: asking and
sorting both draw on it, counted in tokens. Reading it spends nothing. An
account credential (Bearer `ow_a_`, a signed-in session, or a phone's
`X-Session-Token`).

## Response `200`

The account's token rating today: `token_rating` (tokens a day), `tokens_used_today`, `tokens_remaining` and `resets_at` (ISO 8601, UTC: the next midnight).

  - `token_rating` integer, required: The account's daily token rating.
  - `tokens_used_today` integer, required: Tokens spent today (UTC); may pass the rating by the size of the last call.
  - `tokens_remaining` integer, required: Tokens left today, never below 0.
  - `resets_at` string, date-time, required: When the token rating resets: the next midnight UTC.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid account credential (Bearer ow_a_ token or session).
- `429`: Too many requests: over the request budget (code too_many_requests, type rate_limited): 300 requests a minute per key or account token, 60 a minute per address for a request with neither. Retry after the Retry-After header's seconds.
- `503`: The server is busy: every request slot stayed full for 10 s (code server_busy, type api_error). Retry after the Retry-After header's seconds.
