# Get Assessment Score Profiles

`GET /api/assessment/v2/assessments/{assessmentId}/score-profiles`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://hostname`
- URL: `https://hostname/api/assessment/v2/assessments/{assessmentId}/score-profiles`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Client credentials
  - Token URL: `https://{hostname}/api/access/v1/oauth/token` scopes: `ASSESSMENT`, `ASSESSMENT_READ`

Use this API to retrieve comprehensive score profile information for an assessment, including:

- Overall profile scores
- Question-level score breakdown
- Section and question names
- Selected options with individual scores
- Question weights and scoring types

> Things to Know
>
> - This API returns data only for assessments that have been submitted and have calculated score profiles.
>
> - Score profiles must be configured in the assessment template.
>
> - The response includes detailed breakdown of how each question contributed to the overall profile score.
>
> - Returns an empty list if no score profiles are configured or no scores have been calculated.
>
> - Each question score includes the selected options and their individual contribution to the score.
>
> - Question weights show how much each question contributes to the overall profile score.

Successfully retrieved score profiles with question breakdown

  - `assessmentId` string, uuid: Unique identifier of the assessment
  - `profileId` string, uuid: Unique identifier of the score profile
  - `scoreProfileRootVersionId` string, uuid: Unique identifier of the score profile (root version ID)
  - `profileName` string: Name of the score profile
  - `profileScoringType` 'SUM' | 'AVERAGE' | 'MIN' | 'MAX' | 'WEIGHTED_AVERAGE': Type of scoring applied to this profile
  - `profileSequence` integer: Sequence order of this profile in the assessment
  - `profileScore` number: Overall calculated score for this profile
  - `questionScores` PrivacyAutomationAssessmentAutomationProfileQuestionScoreDto[]: List of question scores contributing to this profile score
    - `questionId` string, uuid: Unique identifier of the question
    - `sectionId` string, uuid: Unique identifier of the section containing this question
    - `questionName` string: Name of the question
    - `sectionName` string: Name of the section containing this question
    - `questionWeight` number: Weight assigned to this question in the profile scoring
    - `questionScoringType` 'SUM' | 'AVERAGE' | 'MIN' | 'MAX': Type of scoring applied to this question
    - `selectedOptions` PrivacyAutomationAssessmentAutomationSelectedOptionScore[]: List of selected options with their individual scores
      - `optionText` string: Text of the selected option
      - `optionScore` number: Score assigned to this option
    - `questionScore` number: Final calculated score for this question (after applying weight)

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Access denied to the assessment
- `404`: Assessment not found
