# Create or Update Domain Group

`POST /api/cmp/v1/domains/{domainId}/domaingroup`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://hostname`
- URL: `https://hostname/api/cmp/v1/domains/{domainId}/domaingroup`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Client credentials
  - Token URL: `https://{hostname}/api/access/v1/oauth/token` scopes: `COOKIE`

Use this API to create a new domain group or update an existing domain group.

## Path parameters

- `domainId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- DomainGroupRequestDto
  - `removeExisting` boolean: This flag indicates whether to remove existing configurations before applying new ones.
  - `urls` string[]: The list of URLs to be processed or managed.

## Response `201`
