# Payout method added

`POST payout_instrument.submitted` (webhook)

Fired when a payee adds a payout method. Carries the provider and currency plus whether the payee is now payable, and never any destination detail.

## Payload

- object: Identifies the payee an onboarding-readiness event is about. Exactly one of partner or partner_member identifies the payee itself; partner is always present for context.

  - `payable` boolean: Whether the payee can now be paid
  - `payout_instrument` WebhookPayoutInstrumentPayload: Payout method data included in payout_instrument webhook payloads. Deliberately narrow: it carries no bank account, IBAN, routing or wallet identifiers, no provider-side identifier, and no display name.
