`GET /v1/payment/paypal/success`

## Request

PayPal return URL.

PayPal redirects here after approval. We execute the payment, update the
stored PayPal order, add credits/activate plan idempotently, then send the
user back to the billing page.

- `302`: Successful Response
- `422`: Validation Error
