# Create Organization

`POST /v1/orgs`

## Request

Create a team organization; the caller becomes its Owner.

existing_company_org is set when the caller's email domain is already
verified by another org, so the UI can offer to join that one instead.

- CreateOrganizationRequest
  - `name` string, required
  - `billing_email` string, email, nullable
