`POST /v1/messages`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.oneinfer.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Generate a chat completion using the specified LLM provider.

Supports two request formats:
1. JSON body (application/json) - for simple requests without file uploads
2. Form data (multipart/form-data) - for requests with file uploads
