`POST /v1/developer/{developer_id}/create-endpoint`

- CreateEndpointRequest: Endpoint creation request for simplified deployment. Required fields: model_id (or huggingface_image_url) Optional fields: All others have sensible defaults
  - `model_id` string, nullable: HuggingFace model ID (e.g., 'Qwen/Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct')
  - `worker_config` WorkerConfig
    - `min_workers` integer, required
    - `max_workers` integer, required
  - `endpoint_id` string, nullable: Endpoint ID (auto-generated if not provided). If provided, uses existing endpoint instead of creating new one
  - `instance_id` string, nullable: Existing GPU instance ID to use as the deployment target
  - `name` string, nullable: Endpoint name (auto-generated if not provided)
  - `max_concurrency` integer, nullable: Max concurrent requests
  - `gpu_count` integer, nullable: Number of GPUs
  - `scale` ScalingConfig
    - `scaler_type` 'queue' | 'request_count', required
    - `scaler_value` integer, required
  - `gpu_id` string, nullable: GPU type ID
  - `idle_timeout_seconds` integer
  - `template_id` string, nullable
  - `huggingface_image_url` string, nullable
  - `volume_size` number, nullable: Additional volume size in GB (Verda: volume, Novita AI: network storage)
  - `region` string, nullable: Deployment region
  - `command` string, nullable: Container command/args
  - `environment` object, nullable: Environment variables for the deployment
  - `hf_token` string, nullable: Hugging Face API token for private models
