`GET /v1/area/transactions`

Individual HM Land Registry sale records in the neighbourhood a UK postcode is in, newest first (last 12 months), of every property type and category; `place` names the place the list covers. Served from the loaded sales, with HM Land Registry as the fallback (`meta.fetch_mode`). England and Wales only. The count is this list; it differs from the property.transaction_count signal, which counts the neighbourhood's standard residential sales in the ONS year.
