# Get Spot balances

`GET /v1/spot/balances`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.ondoperps.xyz`
- URL: `https://api.ondoperps.xyz/v1/spot/balances`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `ONDO-KEY-ID`

Returns total, reserved, and free balances by coin.

## Response `200`

Success. Inspect item-level outcomes for batch operations.

  - `success` boolean, required
  - `result` SpotBalance[], nullable
    - `coin` string, required
    - `total` string, required: Decimal string.
    - `reserved` string, required: Held in open Spot orders.
    - `free` string, required: Available to fund additional orders; does not establish withdrawal eligibility.
    - `usdValue` string: Optional estimated USD value.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error; inspect error_code and error.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded. Slow down request frequency.
