Download the case audit log PDF on its own (also at the root of the evidence package as case-audit-log.pdf). Access matches the compliance evidence export. Each download is logged as a case_audit_log_downloaded event, which appears in the log but is never part of the Audit record SHA-256. 503 when the PDF cannot render; there is no HTML fallback.

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Portal user, or no permission to see the case.
- `404`: Not found
- `503`: The case audit log PDF could not be rendered. Try again later.
