  - `protein_artifact_id` string, uuid, required: Uploaded UTF-8 FASTA or one-sequence-per-line protein artifact (.fasta/.fa/.faa/.txt)
  - `derived_model_id` string, uuid, nullable: Optional owned ready fine-tuned model for hosted scoring
  - `n` integer, required: Exact protein sequence count in the uploaded artifact
  - `threshold` number: Top score fraction to call hits
  - `top_k` integer, nullable: Number of top protein hits to retain separately
