  - `selection_policy` 'random' | 'ordered': random for vendor sources; ordered for uploaded SMILES
  - `threshold` number: Top score fraction to call hits
  - `n` integer, nullable: Exact total number of source molecules for vendor/upload sources. Omit for a registered scoring_universe; its count is server-owned.
  - `seed` integer: Deterministic random seed for accessible-space sampling
  - `top_k` integer, nullable: Number of top accessible-space hits to retain separately
  - `om_accessible_space_tier` 'om_50' | 'om_100' | 'om_150' | 'om_200' | 'om_250' | 'om_any', nullable
