- `include_content` boolean: Return a verified source URL by default. Opt in to a complete inline file only within max_bytes; oversized files remain URL-only.
- `max_bytes` integer: Maximum inline UTF-8 bytes. Oversized files are omitted, never returned as a truncated structure.
