- `annotation_type` 'MUTAGEN': Default and only currently supported annotation type on this Om route.
- `region_offset` integer: Zero-based source-region offset within each annotation group.
- `region_limit` integer: Maximum regions per group, separate from the annotation-group limit. Follow next_region_offset or source_url for full coverage.
