# Remove project group

`DELETE /organization/projects/{project_id}/groups/{group_id}`

## Request

Revokes a group's access to a project.

## Path parameters

- `project_id` string, required
- `group_id` string, required

## Response `200`

Group removed from the project successfully.

- ProjectGroupDeletedResource: Confirmation payload returned after removing a group from a project.
  - `object` 'project.group.deleted', required: Always `project.group.deleted`.
  - `deleted` boolean, required: Whether the group membership in the project was removed.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request parameters are invalid or the requested operation cannot be performed.
- `403`: The caller does not have permission to perform this operation.
- `404`: The endpoint is unavailable or a requested group, user, or project was not found.
- `429`: The request was rejected because a rate limit was exceeded.
