# Download recording

`GET /live/sessions/{session_id}/content`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.openai.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.openai.com/v1/live/sessions/{session_id}/content`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Get Live session content

## Path parameters

- `session_id` string, required: The ID of the stored Live session to download. Use the session ID returned when the session started with storage enabled.

## Response `200`

Stored session recording. Input audio is in the left channel and output audio is in the right channel.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid Live session ID.
- `404`: The endpoint is unavailable or the stored session recording was not found.
- `429`: The request was rejected because a rate limit was exceeded.
- `500`: The stored session audio could not be exported.
- `503`: The audio export is temporarily unavailable.
