# Market statistics for a slice

`GET /v1/market`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.omniaauto.ca`
- URL: `https://api.omniaauto.ca/v1/market`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

**Counted over LISTINGS.** `n`, the breakdown counts and the price/mileage averages weight a vehicle once per listing, so a car posted at six locations weighs six times. The MCP `market_stats` tool answers the same question per VEHICLE and its averages sit slightly lower as a result. Both are correct for what they count. Supports proximity: `near` + `radius_km` answer "median price of a Civic within 50 km of Calgary" in one call. Aggregates return no individual vehicle, so this endpoint discloses nothing and is the cheapest way to ask a radius question.

## Query parameters

- `make` string
- `model` string
- `province` string
- `year_min` integer
- `year_max` integer
- `near` string
- `radius_km` number
- `condition` 'New' | 'Used' | 'Certified' | 'Demo'
- `group_by` string

## Response `200`

Counts, avg/median price, avg mileage, condition + province breakdowns; with group_by, `groups` (+ groups_total, other_n, sum_check, trim_coverage_pct)
