# Get app download status

`GET /v1/apps/{documentId}/download/{jobId}/status`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://blobsrus.omniapp.co/api`
- URL: `https://blobsrus.omniapp.co/api/v1/apps/{documentId}/download/{jobId}/status`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Poll the status of an app download job started by [Initiate app download](/api/app-downloads/initiate-app-download). Poll until `status` is `complete`, then fetch the file from [Get app download file](/api/app-downloads/get-app-download-file).

- `documentId` string, required
- `jobId` string, uuid, required

## Query parameters

- `userId` string, uuid

## Response `200`

Download job status.

- object
  - `created_at` string, required: When the job was created (ISO 8601)
  - `error` string: Why the job failed. Present only when `status` is `error`.
  - `format` 'link_only' | 'pdf' | 'png' | 'csv' | 'xlsx' | 'json' | 'ai_prompt' | 'ai_summary_text': Output format. Omitted when `status` is `error`.
  - `job_id` string: Download job ID. Omitted when `status` is `error`.
  - `status` 'in_progress' | 'complete' | 'error', required: Current status of the download job: - `in_progress` while the app renders - `complete` once the file can be fetched - `error` if the job failed

## Other responses

- `400`: `jobId` is not a UUID.
- `401`: Missing or invalid authentication.
- `403`: A Personal Access Token named another user.
- `404`: App or download job not found.
- `405`: Method Not Allowed - Invalid HTTP method for this endpoint
- `429`: Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded (60 requests/minute)
