# Lookup Packages

`GET /api/paper-mcps`

Visible packages matching ANY given filter — `repo_url` (narrowed by
`commit` when given) or `doi` — newest first, at most LOOKUP_LIMIT. With
no filter it lists everything the caller can see.

## Query parameters

- `repo_url` string, nullable
- `commit` string, nullable
- `doi` string, nullable

## Headers

- `authorization` string, nullable
