# Kernel Token

`POST /api/auth/kernel-token`

A token for code running in the user's local kernels. omicos-core puts
it in the kernel environment instead of the user's session token: it is
accepted only by `current_user_or_kernel` routes (marker scoring), never by
approvals, wallet, account or process routes. A kernel token cannot mint
another one (`current_user_or_process` rejects it).
