  - `token` string, required: Bearer token for the balance (`cred_…`). Shown ONCE — it cannot be recovered.
  - `saldo_usd` string, required: Credited balance.
  - `guarde` string, required: Warning that the token is the bearer of the credit.
  - `usar` string, required: How to present the token on paid routes.
  - `saldo_em` string, required: Where to check balance and statement.

## Other responses

- `400`: Package outside the list (0.1, 1, 5, 10 or 25).
- `402`: Unpaid — the body carries the x402 `accepts[]`.
