# Get frac spreads data

`GET /v1/drilling-intelligence/frac-spreads`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.oilpriceapi.com`
- URL: `https://api.oilpriceapi.com/v1/drilling-intelligence/frac-spreads`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Get the latest national frac-spread count and any available legacy
basin series.
**Requires the Scale plan.**

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized - missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Insufficient plan - Scale required
- `500`: Unexpected server error. Retry transient failures with bounded backoff and retain the request ID when contacting support.
