Model Context Protocol server for AI agents (Claude, GPT-4, etc.).

**Available tools:**
- `offshoreproz_list_jurisdictions` — list available jurisdictions
- `offshoreproz_get_jurisdiction_requirements` — required fields for a jurisdiction
- `offshoreproz_estimate_cost` — estimate all-in cost + issue estimate_token
- `offshoreproz_create_formation` — create company (requires estimate_token + API key)
- `offshoreproz_get_formation_status` — get current status (requires API key)
- `offshoreproz_list_documents` — list formation documents (requires API key)
