# Mark notifications read

`POST /api/v1/notifications/read`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://offnadir-delta.com`
- URL: `https://offnadir-delta.com/api/v1/notifications/read`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Free. Marks notifications read: pass `ids` (1–500 notification ids) or `all: true`; add `watch_id` to limit either to one watch. Notifications already read keep the time they were first read. Returns how many were marked and your remaining unread total.

## Request body

- object
  - `ids` integer[]: Notification ids to mark read (1–500).
  - `all` boolean: true marks every unread notification read (or every one of watch_id).
  - `watch_id` string: Only notifications from this watch.

## Response `200`

How many were marked, and the unread total after.

- object
  - `updated` number
  - `unread_count` number

## Other responses

- `401`: Error response with a stable machine-readable code.
- `403`: Error response with a stable machine-readable code.
- `429`: Error response with a stable machine-readable code.
