# Fetch the World Brief (daily, weekly or monthly)

`GET /api/v1/brief`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://offnadir-delta.com`
- URL: `https://offnadir-delta.com/api/v1/brief`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Free of token charges. Returns the persisted AI-synthesized world brief. period=daily (default) is open on every plan for the days inside the key owner's plan history window (the same window as the app's Reports); an earlier date returns 403. Weekly and monthly are opened by the key owner's plan (the same entitlement as the app's Reports) and return 403 otherwise. Counts in stats cover every event in the window.

- `period` 'daily' | 'weekly' | 'monthly'
- `date` string, date

## Response `200`

The world brief for the requested (or latest) day or period.

  - `period` object: weekly / monthly only: type, start, end.
  - `available_periods` object[]: weekly / monthly only: recent published periods.
  - `freshness` object: daily only.
  - `quality` object
  - `changes_since_previous_brief` object: daily only.
