# Poll an async Delta Analyst job

`GET /api/v1/analyst/{jobId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://offnadir-delta.com`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Free. Fetch the state (and, when done, the brief) of an analyst run started by POST /api/v1/analyst. Jobs are visible only to the API key owner that created them.

- `jobId` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Job state; brief, structured, result_quality, freshness and meta.tokens are present when status is done (same detail as MCP get_analyst_job).

  - `progress` object: Pipeline progress while status is processing. completed_steps equals total_steps ONLY when the job is done.

  - `structured` object: When done: the structured projection of the brief (claims with evidence classes, findings, citations, and the assembled structured_summary markdown). Same shape as MCP get_analyst_job.
  - `result_quality` object: When done: the quality gates — status (complete|partial), schema_validation, semantic_validation, verification, deliverable_validation, repairs, issues.
  - `freshness` object: When done: analysis_generated_at, evidence_cutoff_at, cache_age_seconds and freshness_status — a re-fetch returns a stored brief.
  - `idempotency_key` string, nullable
  - `result_schema_version` string
  - `chargeable` boolean: Always false — polling is free.
  - `meta` object: When done: meta.tokens carries `charged` and `maximum_promised` (the ceiling fixed at enqueue).
  - `error` string
  - `created_at` string, date-time
  - `updated_at` string, date-time
