# Add a new ticket

`POST /api/v2/organizations/{orgSlug}/tickets`

  - `type` string, required: The _id of the ticket options.
  - `severity` string, required: The _id of the ticket severity.
  - `priority` string, required: The _id of the ticket priority
  - `member` string, required: The _id of the member who has created the ticket.
  - `subject` string, required: The ticket description.
  - `attachments` string[]: An array of strings containing the URLs of all images attachments
  - `message` string: The ticket message.

  - `assignedTo` string: The _id of the location to whom the ticket is assigned.
  - `resolvedDate` string: The date of the resolution date of the ticket.
  - `attachments` string[]: An array of strings containing the URLs of all images attachments
  - `subject` string: The ticket description.
  - `message` string: The ticket message.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time: The date when the ticket has been created at.
  - `modifiedAt` string, date-time: The date when the ticket has been modified for the last time.
