# Check Out a Member

`POST /api/v2/organizations/{orgSlug}/checkins/checkout/{memberId}`

Check out member with id = {memberId}. The request will update current checkins end date with now if the checkins don't have an end date. 

 Required scopes: `flex.community.checkins.update`

## Path parameters

- `memberId` string, required
- `orgSlug` string, required

## Response `200`

- CheckinResultDto
  - `_id` string — The _id of the check-in.
  - `start` string, date-time — Contains the start date of the check-in.
  - `end` string, date-time — Contains the end date of the check-in.
  - `location` string — The _id of the location associated with the check-in.
  - `company` string — The _id of the company associated with the check-in.
  - `member` string — The _id of the member associated with the check-in.
  - `booking` string — The _id of the booking associated with the check-in.
  - `pass` string — The _id of the pass associated with the check-in.
  - `resourceType` string — The resourceType of the booking associated with the check-in.
  - `source` string — The source associated with the check-in.
  - `createdBy` string — The user that created the check-in.
  - `modifiedBy` string — The user that did the last modification to the check-in. If no update is made this field will match the "createdBy" field.
