`POST /upload`

handles the uploading of a file to AWS S3

## Request body `multipart/form-data`

  - `aliasName` string, required: An alias name for the file
  - `chunkNumber` integer, required: The index of the current chunk being uploaded, the first chunk is 1 not base 0
  - `chunkSize` integer, required: The size of each chunk in bytes
  - `currentChunkSize` integer, required: The size of a current chunk
  - `fileName` string, required: The name of the file being uploaded
  - `identifier` string, required: A unique identifier for the file upload session
  - `relativePath` string, required: The path where the file will be stored
  - `totalChunks` integer, required: The total number of chunks the file is divided into
  - `totalSize` integer, required: The total size of the file in bytes
  - `type` string, required: The MIME type of the file being uploaded

OK
