Handles the uploading of a file in chunks to AWS S3

  - `aliasName` string, required: An alias name for the file
  - `collectionId` string, required: The ID of the collection to which the file belongs
  - `bundleId` string: The ID of the bundle to which the file belongs
  - `file` string, binary, required: Specifies the file to be uploaded
  - `isPublishable` string, required: A boolean indicating whether the file is publishable
  - `licence` string, required: The type of license associated with the file
  - `licenceUrl` string, required: A URL linking to the license associated with the file
  - `path` string, required: The path where the file will be stored
  - `resumableChunkNumber` integer, required: The index of the current chunk being uploaded, the first chunk is 1 not base 0
  - `resumableChunkSize` integer, required: The size of each chunk in bytes
  - `resumableFilename` string, required: The name of the file being uploaded
  - `resumableIdentifier` string, required: A unique identifier for the file upload session
  - `resumableType` string, required: The MIME type of the file being uploaded
  - `resumableTotalChunks` integer, required: The total number of chunks the file is divided into
  - `resumableTotalSize` integer, required: The total size of the file in bytes
  - `datasetId` string, required: The dataset ID that the file relates to
  - `edition` string, required: The edition that the file relates to
  - `version` string, required: The version that the file relates to
