Retrieves a single population type for Census

## Path parameters

- `population-type` string, required

## Response `200`

Json object containing a population type for Census

- PopulationType: A population type which census data can be retrieved from
  - `name` string: The name of the population type
  - `label` string: The label of the population type
  - `description` string: The description of the population type

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorised to fetch
- `500`: Failed to process the request due to an internal error
