A json list containing non-geography base variables for a dataset

- GetDimensionResponse: A list of dimensions
  - `count` integer: The number of dimensions returned
  - `items` Dimension[]
    - `dimension` object
      - `id` string
      - `label` string
      - `total_count` integer
  - `limit` integer: The number of dimensions requested
  - `offset` integer: The first row of dimensions to retrieve, starting at 0. Use this parameter as a pagination mechanism along with the limit parameter
  - `total_count` integer: The total number of dimensions

- `500`: Failed to process the request due to an internal error
