## Request body

- object
  - `firstName` string: The first name of the respondent
  - `lastName` string: The last name of the respondent
  - `telephone` string: The telephone number of the respondent

## Response `200`

The respondent has been updated

## Other responses

- `400`: The request body was missing firstName, lastName or telephone
- `404`: The respondent does not exist
- `409`: The email address is already in use
