  - `respondent_id` string, uuid: The UUID of the respondent
  - `business_id` string, uuid: The UUID of the business
  - `survey_id` string, uuid: The UUID of the survey
  - `change_flag` 'PENDING' | 'ENABLED' | 'DISABLED' | 'SUSPENDED': The new status of the enrolment

## Response `200`

The enrolment status has been changed

## Other responses

- `400`: The request body was missing respondent_id, business_id, survey_id or change_flag
- `404`: The respondent or survey does not exist
