# Create new OIDC Identity for a Service Account

`POST /serviceaccounts/{serviceAccountId}/oidcidentities/create/v1`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://demo.octopus.app/api`
- URL: `https://demo.octopus.app/api/serviceaccounts/{serviceAccountId}/oidcidentities/create/v1`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Octopus-ApiKey`
  - API key in query parameter `ApiKey`
  - API key in header `X-NuGet-ApiKey`

## Path parameters

- `serviceAccountId` string, required

## Request body

- CreateServiceAccountOidcIdentityCommandV1
  - `Audience` string: The audience of tokens for the identity
  - `Issuer` string, required: Gets the issuer of tokens for the identity
  - `Name` string, required: The name of the ServiceAccountOidcIdentity.
  - `ServiceAccountId` string, required: The id of the service account that the identity belonds to
  - `Subject` string, required: Gets the subject of tokens for the identity

## Response `201`

Created

- CreateServiceAccountOidcIdentityResponseV1
  - `Id` string, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request. Either the payload was not structurally valid or business rules did not permit the operation.
- `404`: Not found. One or more of the entities involved in the operation was not found.
