Filtered semantic search over verified V3 regulatory data, auto-scoped to the
requesting user's accessible industries (the PERIMETER) when known.

## Query parameters

- `q` string, required: Natural-language query
- `jurisdiction` string: Filter by jurisdiction id, e.g. EU, FR, US
- `framework` string: Filter by framework id, e.g. csrd, reach, mdr
- `industry` string: Narrow to one industry id from the live industries catalog (e.g. esg-and-sustainable-finance-csrd, tax-accounting-and-payroll-vat-cit-beps). Optional: results are already auto-scoped to the user's accessible industries.
- `status` string: Filter by status, e.g. in_force, proposed, repealed
- `instrument_type` string: Filter by legal-instrument nature, e.g. directive, regulation, convention, act, sarp, standard, recommendation. Spans EU/US/international + ESG national vocabularies.
- `limit` integer: Max results
