# Close a browser session

`POST /web/v1/session/{id}/close`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.oassis.dev`
- URL: `https://api.oassis.dev/web/v1/session/{id}/close`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `PAYMENT-SIGNATURE`

Stops the browser. Outstanding browser time is settled; there is no additional close fee.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

Session closed.

## Other responses

- `401`: Invalid API key.
- `404`: Session not found or owned by another caller.
