  - `is_total_count_clipped` boolean, required: Whether total_count is clipped for performance reasons.
  - `debonding_delegations` DebondingDelegation[], required
    - `amount` string, bigint, required
    - `shares` string, bigint, required
    - `validator` string, required: The delegatee (validator) address.
    - `delegator` string, required: The delegator address.
    - `debond_end` integer, required: The epoch at which the debonding ends.
