`GET /stewardship-reports`

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - API key in query parameter `api_key`

List all FMA-compliant stewardship/voting-record reports for the authenticated user. Each report contains per-company proxy analysis, vote summaries, and category breakdowns. Enterprise tier required.
