## Request

Check insolvency/bankruptcy history for any person. Returns MBIE Insolvency Register records filtered by cl 4.5-4.6 TTL rules (4yr bankruptcy, 5yr summary instalment). Shows adjudication dates, discharge status, match confidence, and TTL exemption status.
