`GET /directors/{slug}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://nzxplorer.co.nz/api/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - API key in query parameter `api_key`

Get full director profile with board appointments, optional share trades and board fee history. Note: remuneration returns board fees, not executive compensation (coming in Phase 2).
