# Board Event Webhooks

`POST /alerts/board-events`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://nzxplorer.co.nz/api/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - API key in query parameter `api_key`

Trigger dispatch of board-relevant event alerts to active webhook subscriptions. Detects 6 event types: director appointments/departures, insider trade clusters, GRS score drops, dividend cuts, and AGM resolution failures. Cron-triggered.
