- `config_type` 'DATASET' | 'SERVICE' | 'WORKFLOW' | 'BACKEND' | 'POOL' | 'POD_TEMPLATE' | 'GROUP_TEMPLATE' | 'RESOURCE_VALIDATION' | 'BACKEND_TEST' | 'ROLE', required: Type of configs supported by config history
- `first_revision` integer, required: First revision to compare
- `second_revision` integer, required: Second revision to compare
