`POST /v3/user-api/accounts/{id}/test-delivery`

Manually initiate a delivery test for an existing email account. The test verifies SMTP/IMAP authentication, checks SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, and sends a test email to confirm deliverability. The account will only be ready for sending if all checks pass.
