# Create collection note

`POST /api/v1/collections/{collectionH}/notes`

## Request

Create a new note on a collection.

## Path parameters

- `collectionH` string, required: Collection hash (40-char hex SHA-1)

## Request body

- CreateNoteRequest
  - `content` string, required: Note content (text or markdown)
  - `content_type` 'text' | 'markdown'
  - `visibility` 'private' | 'team'
  - `parent_annotation_id` string: Parent annotation hash for threaded replies
  - `mentions` string[]: Array of user hashes to mention
  - `spatial_data` object: Spatial coordinates for pinned annotations
    - `x` number, required
    - `y` number, required
    - `width` number
    - `height` number
    - `page` number
