# List creative sessions

`GET /api/v1/assets/sessions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://numonic.ai`
- URL: `https://numonic.ai/api/v1/assets/sessions`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Group assets into creative sessions based on temporal proximity and tool. A new session boundary is created when the gap between consecutive assets exceeds the `time_window` or when the generating tool changes. Sessions are returned newest-first.

## Query parameters

- `time_window` string: Maximum gap between consecutive assets within a session (e.g., `2 hours`, `30 minutes`, `1 day`)
- `limit` integer: Maximum number of sessions to return
- `offset` integer: Number of sessions to skip

    - `session_start` string, date-time, required: Timestamp of the earliest asset in the session
    - `session_end` string, date-time, required: Timestamp of the latest asset in the session
    - `tool` string, nullable: Dominant tool used in this session (Midjourney, ComfyUI, Generic)
    - `asset_count` integer, required: Total assets in the session
    - `assets` SessionAsset[], required
      - `asset_h` string
      - `asset_id` string
      - `cid` string, nullable, required

      - `parent_id` string, nullable, required
      - `job_type` string, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid query parameters or time_window format
- `401`: Unauthorized
