`GET /workflows/triggers`

## Request

Flat list of trigger bindings across workflows and aliases, one row per trigger, with live status and webhook URLs.

## Query parameters

- `workflowId` string
- `status` 'pending' | 'live' | 'failed' | 'inactive'
